What is Peeltex?

Think of it as a screen protector for your entire job site.

A liquid you spray on. It cures into a tough, peelable skin that takes every hit during construction — then peels off clean at handover, leaving the surface untouched. No tape. No seams. No board to re-lay.

01
💧

Spray it on

Applied as a liquid by our crew — airless spray or roller, over floors, glass, metal and fixtures.

02

Cures to a film

It dries into a tough, flexible, seamless protective membrane bonded to the surface.

03
👷

Takes the damage

Paint, mud, scuffs, spills and foot traffic hit the film — not your finished surface.

04

Peels clean

At closeout it lifts off in one sheet with zero residue. The surface underneath is untouched.

The old way

Floor board leaks, lifts, and trips.

Ram board and taped film were built for bare floors — not the finished, occupied, spec-driven surfaces a modern job has to protect.

~$10B*

Trip-hazard liability

Taped seams and lifted edges are the #1 same-level trip hazard. Same-level falls cost U.S. employers billions a year — a seamless coat has no lip to catch a boot.

3–4×

Re-laid every phase

Board tears, curls and shifts, so crews rip it up and re-lay it repeatedly over a long job. You pay for protection again and again — mostly in labor.

0 seal

Fails infection control

Porous board seams trap dust and can't seal an occupied-space renovation. In healthcare, that's a compliance problem board simply can't solve.

How it works

Four steps. One clean peel.

Step 01

Assess

We visit the site and lay a free adhesion + removal test panel on your actual substrate — so “unproven on my floor” is off the table.

Step 02

Spray

Our crew applies Peeltex in one pass. Existing laborers, minimal disruption, no specialty trade required.

Step 03

Protect

The seamless film guards the surface through the entire job — every trade, every phase, no re-protection cycles.

Step 04

Peel

At handover it peels off in one sheet, clean, with zero residue. The finished surface is revealed untouched.

Healthcare spotlight

Infection control doesn't allow gaps. Neither does a seamless coat.

ICRA is federally mandated — occupied hospital renovations must contain construction dust and contaminants regardless of cost. Taped board has porous seams a continuous sprayed barrier simply doesn't.

⚠ Taped board
  • Porous seams trap debris
  • Tape lifts & ghosts on stone
  • Edges = trip hazards
✓ First Layer coat
  • Continuous, sealed surface
  • Zero residue on removal
  • No seams, no lip to trip on
Proof

What the people who own the risk will say.

“We passed the ICRA walkthrough with zero seam findings, and closeout was spotless. The floor looked brand new.”

Facilities PM · Northeast health system

“We struck the protection in an afternoon between shoot days. No board to store, no residue on the stage floor.”

Location manager · NYC production

“One spray up front beat re-laying board four times. My guys stayed on schedule and we had zero damage claims.”

Questions

The five things every buyer asks.

Will it damage or stain my finished surface?
No — Peeltex is engineered to bond to the film, not the substrate, and lift away cleanly. Before any job we lay a free test panel on your actual surface so you can see the adhesion and removal first-hand.*
How long does it take to cure?
It's sprayed on as a liquid and cures into a walkable protective film. Exact cure time depends on coverage, temperature and substrate — we'll confirm the window for your specific job during the assessment.
Does it peel clean, or leave residue?
It's designed to peel off in one sheet with zero residue, even after months on the surface. That clean removal is the entire point — and what taped board and film can't promise.*
Is it compliant — VOC and infection control?
Peeltex is positioned as a 0% VOC, recycled-content coating, and its seamless application supports ICRA containment in occupied renovations. We'll provide the technical data sheet for your spec team.*
How does the cost compare to board?
Per square foot up front it's a premium over board — but board gets re-laid three to four times over a job. Counting labor and damage avoided, one application typically wins.*
